My paintings are inspired by the outdoors, exploring the relationship between place, colour, and emotion. Through considered colour choices and expressive mark-making, I aim to capture both the physical landscape and the feeling it evokes.

I work primarily in oils and acrylics, often incorporating texture through various mediums to bring depth and movement to each piece. Based in my home studio in South Cheshire, I continue to evolve my practice — every day as a painter is an opportunity to experiment and learn.

My work is exhibited locally and has been used to enhance interiors, including home-staging projects on the property market.

I also create bespoke commissions, capturing locations that hold special meaning for my clients.

As a qualified primary teacher, I’m passionate about nurturing creativity in others and encouraging children to explore the joy of making art.
